Please read these Terms and Conditions before confirming order. Once the order is confirmed, it will be considered that you have understood and agreed to the above.
Acceptable reasons for Return & Exchange:
1. Purchased product is damaged/defective
2. Requests for Return and exchanging original price products within 14 days from the date of order confirmation and it must be unused.
3. Informing customer service team to get the authorized of Return or Exchange. (Customer service might request for photos and/or videos of the product.)
Unacceptable reasons for Return & Exchange (with , but not limited to the following conditions):
1. Product is not in 100% new condition, or has been used
2. Discounted items or free gifts
3. Products has been exchanged
4. Products has been damaged, stained or incomplete due to human factor
5. Due to hygienic reason, socks are not available for exchange or refund
6. Requests for exchanging products after 14 days from the date of order confirmation.
7. Without informing customer service team to get the authorized of return or exchange. (Products will be returned to customers by SF Express without any acknowledgement. Customers have to bear any caused expanse and risk.)
Terms and Conditions:
1. All order only can be return and exchange once.
2. All shipping expense of return or exchange shall be borne by customers. (If the single net purchase amount is less than HK$500 after the refund, customers will be charged HK$20 as a shipping fee)
3. All unapproved/ineligible exchange will not be served, and will be returned to customers by SF Express without any acknowledgement. Customers have to bear any caused expanse and risk.
4. All refund will be arranged within 30 days upon approval and used points will not be returned or redeemed for cash.
5. In case of any dispute, the matters are subjected to the final decision of Capital Sea Shoes Company Limited.
6. Capital Sea Shoes Company Limited has absolute rights in determining the above conditions without prior notice.
